瑜伽基礎班

適合初學者的60分鐘課堂。著重基本的瑜伽式子,如站立式、坐立式、旋腰,以及放鬆神經的躺臥式子。能有效提升學員的柔韌度、改善姿勢劣習、建立平衡感、舒緩壓力。

晨光瑜伽

適合所有學員參加的60分鐘課堂。此課堂以節奏輕快的拜日來貫穿整個練習,讓學員能夠活動每一個關節,使身體變得更靈活、協調,同時加速血液循環,讓你一整天都感到精神抖擻。

復元瑜伽

適合具超過六個月瑜伽經驗的學員。課堂讓學員輕鬆地從基礎班進階,同時亦適合久休復出的學員從新出發。90分鐘的課堂有助增加體能和耐力。 學員亦會開始學習基本的倒立式子(如肩倒立),並接觸較複雜的平衡和後彎式子,增加對練習的自信。

健脊瑜伽

適合具超過六個月瑜伽經驗的學員。課堂著重加深學員對腰部、背部及脊柱的認知和協調,並透過站立式加強四肢穩定性的鍛煉。學員亦會練習基本倒立和後彎式子,強化背部肌肉羣,舒緩因兩邊身體的不對稱而造成的慢性痛症,達致預防勝於治療的效果。

瑜伽 II

適合已有一年或以上艾揚格瑜伽經驗的學員。課堂會讓學員深化不同倒立體式的練習,同時更精準和深入了解各個站立式子的用力,體會以柔克剛的內在協調,初嘗「於動作中冥想」的境界。

瑜伽 III

此課堂適合已有兩年或以上艾揚格瑜伽經驗的學員。學員需對自身的瑜伽練習有較成熟和穩定的認知,並對頭倒立、肩倒立和上弓式都有較純熟的練習經驗。 建議諮詢導師的意見後才參加。

復元瑜伽和呼吸法 

適合已有一年或以上艾揚格瑜伽經驗的學員。以不同的放鬆瑜伽體式作為體內「氣」的引流,著重擴闊胸腔和放鬆身體較深層的肌肉, 例如:橫隔膜 、肋間肌肉等,增加學員對呼吸的感知力,從而練習不同的瑜伽呼吸法。
